I was just listening to Ann's dream that she had during her afternoon nap. I dream all the time during my nap's. I actually love dreaming during my naps because I seem to remember so much more than I do at night and it usually very vivid. When I dream after I go to bed, it seems that I have multiple dreams and sometimes only remember bits and piece of some of them but remember much more details of the one I awake from. When I take a nap it's usually for 30 minus or so and I remember everything. The interesting thing is, I sometimes take naps to get a boost of energy but I secretly get excited about what my dream might be. :)

Thank you both very much for your replies. Anna I will definitely try your techniques and will keep my eye out for your book.

Just as a funny little aside, I had a dream recently that I needed a tiger eye pendant to get through some kind of checkpoint. When I woke up and looked up the symbolic meaning of tiger eye, I was confronted with three headings in big bold letters: Patience, Focus, and Determination!

I think my journey learning to lucid dream is going to be a long one!

Chook thank you so much for your comment.

You have made a very appropriate and accurate assumption.

I have been developing my spirituality very intensely over the last three years, even though this really has been a life time process and will continue on.

Your words make a lot of sense and thanks for contributing and expressing your amazing insight.

One fun way to lucid dream is just to instruct yourself to lucid dream and upon waking you will remember it.,do this just before closing your eyes at night. I have had quite a few lucid dreams this way, it does not happen every time but when it does it is such an incredible feeling.

I will let you know when my book has been published, it will be called Self Empowerment.

Hi Peter,

How strange. We've checked by listening on the player on this page and it is playing (and we're hearing) way past this point. We've also checked and the whole ep is on the server. Have you tried downloading it by clicking the 'download' button on this page rather than the player? Or were you listening at one of the other places: on the player on my dream.net.au or on the player on JaneTeresa.com or via iTunes or RSS? Please let me know if you're still having difficulty.

And thank you for your kind comments and for listening to our shows.

All power to your dreams,

Jane Teresa

I just finished listening to episode 117 and wanted to share just how amazingly relevant it was! I have recently been very interested in lucid dreaming so was delighted that you were lucid in this dream Anna. I have been reading everything I can on lucid dreaming and things are really starting to all make sense.

Last night I started reading up on the related topic of astral projection and OBEs and had just finished reading about the five different bodies we have - physical, ethereal, mental, astral and buddhic. So when you started talking about the body building you did when you were 35, I saw a link there, that you were building your physical body then, and now you are perhaps building your "other" more spiritual bodies. The ovaries are where life begins, at the beginning of building the strength in your "other" body/bodies. It all just seemed to make sense and an amazing coincidence (for me) that this was the topic for this month's episode.

Thank you Anna for sharing and Jane for your wonderful amazing insights as always!

PS - Cannot wait to read your book Anna! (Please make sure it is also in ebook form so I can read it on my ipad. - lol)
